The Faculty of Law organized a reception party for new students today, Sunday, September 29, 2024, as part of the university's plan to receive new students for the academic year 2024-2025, in the presence of Prof.  Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs.They were received at the Faculty of Law by Prof. Walid Al-Shennawy, Dean of the Faculty, the Vice Deans, Dr. Walid Al-Tantawi, Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs, the Heads of Departments, and faculty members.
Prof. Cherif Khater welcomed the new students to the Faculty of Law, stressing its prestigious position and leadership in adopting French and English language programs at the level of Egyptian universities. He also urged students to take advantage of these opportunities and develop their skills, pointing out that he urged them to be proud of their affiliation with the prestigious Mansoura University, and to receive them in the Faculty of Law inside an auditorium bearing the name of Prof. Abdel Moneim Al-Badrawi, the first President of Mansoura University.
He explained that the law student must have personal traits that distinguish him from his peers, since studying law hones skills and personal qualities. He also urged them to respect university customs and traditions, wishing them a successful academic year. Professor Walid Al-Shennawy explained that the college aims to provide all legal studies and sciences and to provide everything new so that the graduate is able to compete in the legal labor market, in light of the university's modern orientation to coordinate between curricula and developments in practical life.
