Enrollment and registration for postgraduate diplomas

1. Registration in postgraduate studies opens on the following dates:
   • First semester: the first and second week of September.
   • Second semester: the third and fourth week of February.
   • Summer semester: the third and fourth week of June.
2. The College Council may reconsider the dates referred to in the previous paragraph if the interest so requires.
3. If the student does not complete the enrollment procedures on the specified dates, he is not considered enrolled, and he is not entitled to attend lectures in any course, nor obtain an estimate of the courses, even if he has taken all the exams and requirements of these courses, and international students are excluded from complying with these dates.

General conditions for registration and registration

1. The following conditions are required for student enrollment:
   • Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a grade of at least “good” from Mansoura University or from one of the universities recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities.
   • Complete all required documents from the College's Graduate Studies Department.
   • Pay the tuition fees on the dates announced by the college, with the exception of the deadline for arrivals.
2. The College Council may approve the admission of students who obtain an acceptable grade, provided that they pass the supplementary courses (referred to in Article 34).

Late registration

The college council may accept the registration of courses for a student in one of the diplomas after the announced dates of the college if the following conditions are met:

1. Provide an acceptable excuse.
2. Three (3) weeks have not elapsed since the start of the study.
3. Pay the financial compensation determined by the College Council, as administrative expenses for the delay in registration, as well as the registration fees for regular courses.
