Vice Dean's Speech
My dear students:
I am very happy to have you join the family of the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University, which is one of the oldest faculties of law in Egyptian universities, and even in Arab universities. I was born since 1973 AD, at the hands of prominent professors who took it upon themselves to support and educate their students; Which made it a beacon of guidance in the sea of legal sciences. 
There is no doubt that this position necessitates us in the education and student affairs sector to work diligently to achieve everything that is in the interest of our students, especially striving to offer distinguished educational programs in line with the requirements of the times, and to provide an attractive educational environment for them that helps their connection with the college, in addition to developing fair, objective and diverse assessment and evaluation methods. .
We will also work to provide all aspects of support (material and moral) to you, and provide many activities that work on the weight of your skills and reveal your capabilities, to combine the light of knowledge and the pleasure of talent.
My dear students:
You are all called upon to advance your college, take care of it, and make every effort in your power to raise it. To be its best ambassadors, the best performer of its mission, and the noblest person who achieves its goal in spreading the ideas of justice, equality, freedom and fraternity.
My dear students:
We work for you, and with you we rise, and we are keen on you.
