Issuance of a replacement for a lost cartoon certificate
- Submit an application in the name of the Prof / Vice President of the University or his representative, accompanied by the remnants of the certificate, the damaged carton, or a police report stating that the certificate has been lost.
- The cost of obtaining the certificate shall be paid to the university treasury and the payment receipt shall be delivered to the university’s graduate administration (the editorial department) in order for the administration to take the procedures for obtaining and approving the certificate.
