The activities of the twenty-third annual international conference of the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, were launched today, entitled “Legal and Economic Dimensions of the Litigation System in the Twenty-First Century,” during the period from April 21 - 22, 2024 AD, at the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, in the presence of Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater - President of Mansoura University, Prof.Tariq Ghaloush, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Mr. Abdel Khaleq, former Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Muhammad Anas Jaafar, former governor of Beni Suef, Prof. Reda Abdel Salam, former governor of Sharqia, Prof. Walid El-Shenawy, Dean of the College, Prof. Ibrahim Abdullah, Vice Dean of the College for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Ahmed Lutfi, the rapporteur of the conference, Professor Muhammad Abdel Latif, Secretary-General of the University, the deputies of the college and the heads of departments, Counselor Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Khudairi, Deputy Head of the Judicial Inspection of the Supreme Judicial Council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the judicial authorities and bodies, researchers and participants in the conference from the sisterly Arab countries.

Activities of the first session of the conference: The first session was held under the title “Legal Dimensions of the Litigation System in the Field of Public Law” headed by His Excellency the Minister Prof. Muhammad Anas Jaafar, Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Beni Suef University and former Governor of Beni Suef, and the session rapporteur Dr. Amal Maher Jabr. Lecturer in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, Mansoura University. His Excellency the Chairman of the session first thanked the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, and expressed that it is a pioneer and the owner of constructive ideas, pointing out that this conference is held every year on an ongoing basis to discuss problems within society because the law is closely related to society, which is currently responding to the digital revolution.
