Today, Monday, March 20, 2023, the activities of the twenty-second annual international conference organized by the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University were concluded within the framework of the Faculty’s celebration of the Golden Jubilee, entitled “Legal and Economic Aspects of Climate Change”, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Khalek, former Minister of Higher Education and Professor of Political Economy and Economic and Financial Legislation at the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Tariq Hafez, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Walid El Shennawy Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Alaa Al-Tamimi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Lotfi El-Sayed, Professor and Head of the Department of Criminal Law, Conference Rapporteur and a number of deans and deans of colleges.
The conference discussed many important axes: the problems of climate change from the perspective of constitutional and administrative law, the problems of climate change from the perspective of branches of private law, the problems of climate change from the perspective of criminal law, the problems of climate change from the perspective of international law, the economic aspects of climate change, the legal aspects of climate change
