Ethics of our nation symposium in Law Faculty
Today, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, the Faculty of Law organized a symposium entitled: (The Ethics of Our Nation) under the auspices of Prof. Walid El-Shennawy, Dean of the Faculty, and the leadership of Prof.Tamer Salih, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. His Eminence Sheikh / Sami Hussein Ajour, and His Eminence Sheikh / Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Adawy is one of the scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
The meeting was moderated by Dr. Ahmed Sharaf, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law, in the presence of a group of faculty members and their assistants in the college. The symposium began with the Republican salutation and some verses from the Holy Qur’an for the student / Tariq Ahmed Khaled Shaheen, the first group, regularity, then the meeting began with the speech of His Excellency the Vice Dean for College Affairs Education and Students Prof. Tamer Mohamed Salih welcomed the attendees and praised that morals are one of the most important things that characterize a person. In order to achieve the renaissance of our nation, we must empower ourselves with good manners because it is one of the most important concepts of the Islamic religion.
Prof.Waled El-Shennawy, Dean of the Faculty, emphasized the importance of imposing morals on ourselves and embracing them, because this effect is an important member of our society, and our duty as a university is to clarify this effect for all male and female students, and this was confirmed by all contemporary trends in this way and focus on student ethics. maintain and protect it. Then His Eminence Sheikh / Sami Hussein Ajour explained that good manners are among the first concerns of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and that God’s blessings upon man are many, the most important of which is the blessing of the heart. The hadith says the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - (I was sent to complete the noble morals) and he praised that all the heavenly religions affirmed that, just as he emphasized that Islam emphasized good morals and talked about how to adhere to morals and not fall short of the rest of the worshipers, and that good morals are among the most deeds that enter you into heaven And that worship is not by movements, but by striving, so how to learn morals, citing some verses from the Holy Qur’an.
At the end of the meeting, some verses of poetry were presented to the student / Shukran Nasser Al-Hassan, the second group, regularity, and a speech about the dangers of addiction to Mr. Listen to their inquiries and respond to them.
