Objectives
- The college aims by offering the legal study program in French at the college in the credit-hour system to achieve several goals, including:
- Providing the legal labor market, both professional and academic, with qualified, skilled and scientific competencies to solve legal problems and able to compete globally in dealing with contemporary legal issues.
- Providing consultancy expertise to individuals and institutions, and cooperating with universities and higher education institutions inside and outside the country.
- Enable students to conduct legal research, according to a scientific methodology, in both Arabic and French.
- Providing students with basic knowledge and theories in various branches of law, in both Arabic and French.
- Develop and refine students’ skills in preparing work papers, writing notes, and oral pleadings, according to a sound scientific methodology.
- Raising students’ abilities to think logically, scientific criticism in legal debates and debates, diligence and choose the appropriate logical solution from among the alternative solutions.
